GT-R Racing Front Rotors
Fontana Nissan Racing has developed a new racing front rotor for the Nissan GT-R. The new rotor is custom made for Fontana Nissan Racing by one of the top racing rotor manufacturers.
This new rotor addresses the issues we found racing the Fontana Nissan GT-R in the Redline Time Attack events. The new rotor features a heavy duty directional vane design yet is 1.5 pounds lighter than the OEM rotor.
The new rotor is designed to be mounted on the OEM hats. It is heat treated, balanced and features gas slots.
We have eliminated the crack promoting thru holes that have plagued the OEM design.
This rotor is available from the Nissan Race Shop. Call Scott at 909 574-2288 for more information.

GTR High Temps and Transmission Failures
Running the GTR in Time Attacks this year, Mike has had to cut his sessions short because of high temperature warnings. We decided to be proactive and address these temperature problems before they became a bigger problem.
First step is to install Willall Racing cooler kits. We have installed the transmission cooler, front differential cooler and rear differential cooler. We have also installed the Willall Racing extended engine oil pan. The photos show all of the kits as we received them from Willall in Austrailia. The kits are complete and well thought out.
We ran these kits in a couple of test days and one Time Attack event and although we are still experiencing high engine water and oil temperatures the components cooled by these kits ran at normal operating temperatures, typically about 245 degrees.
We would recommend these kits to anyone that intends to track their GTR hard. All these kits are available here at the Nissan Race Shop!
