    Fontana Nissan Racing Flywheel

    The FNR Light weight flywheel has an MOI of 349.56 lb-in? as compared to the dual mass Flywheel which is 626.79 lb-in? for improved performance in all driving situations. Replaceable friction surface is more durable than cast iron.

    Stepped dowel pins are standard in all of our flywheels so they are held captive by the clutch cover. Only highest quality materials like 6061-T6 aluminum is used for the flywheel, treated steel for the heat shield (friction surface), OEM quality starter ring gears and grade 8 fasteners. FNR flywheels are CAD designed/ CNC machined proudly in the U.S.A.

    Fontana Nissan Racing Heavy Duty Clutch

    Designed for Street Performance and Track days this clutch will hold up to 480 ft/lb torque with 3000lbs of clamping force. Utilizing a sprung hub with capture plates to retain the springs for reduced vibrations and the shock of engagement which gives security of mind for the most aggressive driving styles. By design and the use of a organic steel back lined disc we have retained a stock to moderate pedal feel. Our ultimate goal is to allowing quicker shifting and engagement and increased strength and reliability.
