With many years of experience tuning the 3.5 liter V6, STILLEN is confident that this cold air intake for the 7th generation Nissan Maxima will produce the most power possible. By retaining the factory intake tract leading into the new STILLEN poly-urethane air chamber, we ensure the coldest air possible.

Performance gains of 8-10 horsepower and improved acceleration and torque can be realized with this intake. The materials and superior quality ensure long performance life and perfect fit and finish. This intake also offers a great look and an improved, aggressive sound.

The first step in upgrading your car’s performance is to replace the restrictive stock air box with a STILLEN High Flow Intake. Additional air flow increases the engine’s efficiency and power output by increasing the quantity of the air/fuel ratio. The STILLEN High Flow consists of a K&N cone filter that incorporates a velocity stack which uses the Venturi effect to accelerate air intake speed.

Power and throttle response will improve throughout the entire RPM range. Your best dollar-per-horsepower investment by far! Most people find the authoritative note of the High Flow intake pleasing, but note that increased noise levels will result. Most STILLEN High Flow Intakes are CARB Approved, while others are currently CARB Pending, and may not be 50 state legal until approved. Clean your filter regularly for best results.

The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment has established a website to provide the public with information on chemicals, products and locations often associated with Proposition 65 warnings. These warnings inform Californians about their exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Visiting their website regularly will help you learn about these chemicals and how you can reduce your exposure to them.

What is Proposition 65?

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.

Proposition 65 became law in November 1986, when California voters approved it by a 63-37 percent margin. The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.
